Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee of Late Gaya Prasad Degree College, Banda is formed to ensure a transparent and fair mechanism for addressing grievances of students, faculty, and staff members. The committee works to resolve academic, administrative, or personal issues in a time-bound and impartial manner.

  • Objective: To provide an effective and confidential system for redressal of grievances.
  • Scope: Covers issues related to academic, administrative, and personal matters within the college.
  • Function: To receive, examine, and resolve grievances as per institutional policies.
  • Confidentiality: Ensures privacy and non-retaliation during the grievance process.

Grievance Submission Process

Students, faculty, or staff may submit their grievances in writing to the Committee. Complaints can be dropped in the Grievance Box placed in the college office or sent via email. All grievances are handled confidentially and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
